
Youth Exercise
NYHSW was founded to provide training and an environment to help make our community a healthier place. Exercise is crucial for youth health and development as it strengthens bones and muscles, improves cardiovascular health, helps maintain a healthy weight, and reduces the risk of chronic diseases like type 2 diabetes. It also boosts mental well-being by reducing stress and anxiety and enhances cognitive functions, leading to better academic performance. Additionally, physical activity promotes the development of social skills through teamwork and provides a foundation for a lifelong healthy lifestyle.

Through a partnership with Fast Forward NYC, NYHSW can offer children of all ages and skills exercise sessions for any of the goals listed below.

100% of donations will be used to financially support all of the health, sports, and wellness initiatives NYHSW offers. Your donation will help the youth of our community improve their health outcomes and receive the support they need to become the best version of themselves.
